Is it possible to add the rail gun beam to any other weapon. Is it possible to create a new rail like laser beam, as i want to create a laser beam for new shotgun model im working on. Would be gratefull if anyone could answer this.

i know some mods change the color of the rail beam, must have the bookmark somewhere u got my msn ask me if u need

then i guess u can add the beam to something else, but i'm far from being a specialist

yeah sure of course........havent made any mods in a long time but try this: put this right above head readius: $Bitmap Filename: "railTrailAlpha.tga" that should give it a trail, if you want it bigger set the head radius to a bigger number (normal rail gun is 0.051)
