Could anyone help me out how to get the Magic Shop License from Mas Ubrai....

There is a piece of paper in mas urabi's 'house' that talks about his family name, get that then go to the ruins of hospris and go through the level. at the very end there is a baddie in a room with a bunch of obilisks. dispach baddie and read obilisks then go back and talk to urabi.

Okay something you have to note here, is when your going to Hospris , take the boat ride to the very end, Not just the first section. This is a bit confusing at first but after the first boat trip, jump back on and continue on to the end.

Note, if your haveing a hard time finding, Hospris, let us know. I didn't find it till almost near the end.
