it easy to stay back. I f you have destroy undead potions usesm on the ones carying swords. best tradegy: kill casters first , rangers second, then melee. and set morbazon as healer\caster
i used this stradegy and it work just fine.

This was one of those points in the game that made me want to pull my hair out and screem bloody murder.

Okay, Here's somethings I keeped in the back of my head as I was doing this section.

1) Fighter + Healer combo is a must. Better if the healer is a Healer/Caster but it doesn't matter.

2) Let the fighter get all the melee guys on him. Usually there's only one or two so it shouldn't be that bad. Let the computer control him. He'll be fine.

3) Play the Healer and try to take out the range guys. Each 'type' of guy has a weakness to the various elements. But basicly, true casters are easy to kill. Archers are roughter but they also are more presistant with ranged damage. Tanks get hurt by spells fairly well too. The toughtest guys I had to face where the yellow ranged guys. For some reason they where may bane.

4) Don't forget to use all your 'buff' spells on your fighter. Protection, Haste, Empower, Enchant X, etc. All of em. They help.

Be patient... This is one of the worst sections in the game. And SAVE BEFORE YOU HIT THE SWITCHES!

VERY important! You Must save before you hit the switches! Good lord I can't repeat this enough.

Good luck and I hope you keep all your hair.

when using Neru use his leg sweep ability as often as possible, this helps greatly IMO. Learn all the special moves you can for your fighters, and try to level up taurgis to where he has the recover ability under his warrior stat, and just keep hacking away
