Today I went to Circuit City to purchase memory for my new PS2. While I was there I noticed a "special". Purchase a copy of Red Faction and get a RF2 Demo free.

Heehee.

Doesn't take a whole lot of brains to guess what I did.

OMFG!!!!!

It took all of 10 minutes for my house to become full of puberty driven boys. My son got the word out in less then 60 seconds.
Each and everyone of those PS2 masters had nothing but good to report about the geomod and the new weapons. The dual pistols were a BIG hit. (They did complain that the AI was too easy.)

I'm blown away by the graphics that Volition was able to pull out of this system. If they ever go to bed and leave MY TOY alone I'll give you my impressions. I just need them to go away cause they were laughing at me and my pitiful attempts to control the controllers.

PS2 exclusive means it won't show up on other consoles like GC and Xbox.

I don't know when the demo will hit the UK. I suspect it will appear on magazines sometime soon, but I don't have any specifics.
