Ok, well to get the mind off the upcoming demo, and constant questions "WHEN WILL IT BE READY????????!!!!!!11111oneone11" (ie, the obvious purpose of the forums), I wanted to ask you modding flyboys how do you fly?

Now I know it can't be that bad because since you are making all these campaigns and stuff, you gotta be able to beat them on all levels, including insane, right?

But what I would like to know is what do you think about the way you fly compared to others (you must have dropped a visit to PXO at one time or another O.o)

The other question was... when BWO is done (I suppose you got a lotta other plans though, but I guess yull have at least a bit of time free) maybe I could get all of you modding bastards to PXO so we play a few rounds? My guess is that it would be fun to see how mods fly compared to the grunts hehe...

I don't know, what do you think?

-copaired to other ppl im quite a aggresive/aggresive flyer, spending most of my secondry fire in the first few seconds of a mission

-Im not to much of a "modding bastard" however i would like to play it online! just give some notice and i'll be there!

It would be fun to drag all your mod asses to pxo... maybe there's a thing or two that we can teach you, instead of you teaching us on "HOW DO I GET BEAM-FREE-ALL TO WORK?"

I am realy good at times, and realy suck at others, if I need to get good in a few days I reinstall FS1, and crank it up, is it just me or is FS2 a lot easier than FS1 was

FS2 has been much more adapted to suit lag... But yeah, I think FS1 was harder due to the fact that the missiles are totally ineffective against anything that knows how to move, and the guns are a bit slower therefore it's a totally different timing...

I want all you to take on eachother (and myself in the middle there somewhere, as well as other PXO guys)...

It would be like a fun night where modders meet flyboys... the intelligence levels would differ a lot, but other than that I see no problems

I'm a decent flyer. But I tend to be somewhat crazed. I've been know to attack destroyers with a perseus and a pair of subach's But I hate having to replay missions over and over again, so it usualy stays down on easy.

Flying??? Now that's something I love doing!!! (read siggy!!)

I'm an FS1 veteran, so I think that you can get the idea when I tell you that in FS2 I hardly use missiles... Always at medium dificulty (not too hard now...), so I had to learn how o make some crazy and agressive dogfighting maneuvers... so let's put it that I'm just another average flier...

I'd love to play on PXO, but my 56k modem won't let me do so...

I pick weapons with large clips, walk a lot to hear enemy footsteps, reload whenever I get the chance, crouch when firing the Desert Eagle, and... wait, hold on a sec...

I'm talkin bout FS2 here .....forget FS1, it's a thing of the past and a ghost town these days...

And 56k is ok to have on PXO, you just can't host for more than 1 person...max 2 i think (on some really good 56k's)...

My connection is so crap that the "net lag" lightning logo is starting to burn into my screen... I rarely get any kills. I'm more suited to going on kamikaze runs, launching all my missiles and blowing up as many turrets on enemy capships as possible until I get killed.
As for dogfighting... well, when I shoot the data gets to the server like two seconds after I press the shoot key, so I have to be very preemptive.
