need info

Hello there,

i am very much interested in making a mod for RF because i love RF.. I came to this site in an accident.. but i couldn't get more info about the mod and stuff. well about the mod isnt that important but i was maybe interested in helping... but therefore i need some information first.. about what can i do ( i would like to make levels and textures) and if i should be at some age first or something ( i am 15 at the moment).. well if you will give me this info... i would be pleased... maybe a friend of mine would be interested too!
