I can not create my own multi games anymore. (yes i could before) whenever i try to go to the creation screen, the game crahes back to my desktop. no error meesages or anything just a plain old program crash.i have a 1.8ghz P4, 256mb ram, Geforce 3 ti 200. this is really fustrating considering i cant test new levels i get unless i join a game of the same level with other people which totaly defeats the purpose of "testing" a new level. ive uninstalled then re-installed the game 3 times with no success. Help me please.

P.S. i found the quote by whom i dont remeber, "huked on fonics wurked fer me " exceptionaly funny.

Single player works but multi doesn't?
Or does the game not work at all?
What OS?
Does it crash after the setup screen or before?

I have Windows XP home, but it worked fine for about 6 months then just one day it stopped. Just the multi setup screen doesnt work which means i cant make my own server. the normal multi works and the single player works fine. the loading scsreen doesnt even show up when i try to create a game. the screen where you set the map and players doesnt even show up its when i try to get to that that screen that it crashes.

The problem is a Map, I downloded five maps put them all in to the mutli folder, then loaded up RF , went to Create and it crashed to the desktop....i narrowed it down to one of the maps, removed it and all worked fine, maybe thisproblem is happening to you too ??!!.

Try removing everthing form your multi folder then try it and see what happens

I have the same prob, I'm running Win98se.
I click on "Create Game" button and it freezes then crashes.
And I know I'm under the map limit. All the maps that don't work in mp have been removed. Only the nice maps remain.

yeah thanks guys that was the problem. it was a map called <Snipers Beware>(no offense to the maker). i took it out then it worked fine. i have over 200+ maps so it took the better part of an hour. Anyway it works fine now, so thanks

No. Yours sounds like the same thing, with a bad map. It has happened to me 4 or 5 times. Some were beta maps though.
