well, with uni coming to an end I've pulled out at least some of the stops, and I've gotten this far:



- this is the newest version of the LOD0, with new improved turrets



- and this is all of the LODs of this, including the debris. The models for the debris needs their textures finishing and some poly reduciton.

Then everything needs shoving into truespace and de-triangulating.

This is not a Minbari base/sation, but just an orbital gun? I forget which it was.

Its 3/4ths space station and about 1/4th defense platform. But that 1/4th defense platform consists of Sharlin style weaponry in slightly lesser quantity. So its ability to defend itself and pretty much the general area around it is pretty good

In tests with an early table, three squads of Thunderbolts and a Midwinter, Omega, and Warlock were able to take down one of these. With the loss of the Midwinter and the total cripling of the Omega.

That is looking very good I like the texturing on the ring and the pylons (the lights) especially.

BTW are you going to make that big Minbari space station wich was seen in "war without end" (and perhaps in some other episodes, cant remember)?

the debris is finished (in max) now, but not much to look at.. just imagine it with dark blue sections, rather than red.

now comes the arduous task of plonking it through truespace
