OK Guys,

Been playing the FS series for a number of years and following
the forums and CampaignWatch pretty closely and what I wanted
to know was is there any way of feeding the FS1/ST
missions,voice, anis. etc over to FS2? I seem to remember a
conversion but it did'nt work too well on my PC at the time or
something.

Or failing that a way of increasing resolution in FS1? (HaHa!)I doubt that is realistic as FS1 was released when Voodoo Cards were all the rage and I gotta admit it looks better in Glide than D3D.

I also seem to remember that FRED wasn't compatible with FRED2?

Check out the [url=http://www.3dap.com/hlp/hosted/fsport/]Freespace 1 port[/url]. If you're still having trouble, post about it on the port's forums. There should be instructions somewhere on the forums on how to play Freespace cutscenes and ANIs with the port.
