I've taken sugestions for [url=http://redfaction.volitionwatch.com/fsfps/CTF-industry.zip]this[/url] map, and I think it should be good enough now, you can see I've started getting good with makeing pretty sceenery, I'd like some people looking it over and seeing if I have broken anything with all the adding of detail, if you can get to the flag without help I've broken something, if you see the sky coming out of were a door should be I've broken something, if a door doesn't work (like if it crushes you) that should (a few doors are designed to work only by swiches, of wich can only be reached on one side of the door) then I've broken something, also look for dubled objects and respawns on the wrong sidestuff like that, I havn't tested this particular vertion in multiplayer mode and only slight testing in single mode.

you should also note I have made a few imporvements to the teamplay elements that will make it imposable for a lone (flying) cheater to win

no this won't crash in the few geomodable regons, it is mostly non geo-modable though, but it looks much more pretty

Does what's been released of FSFPS work with RF version 1.0? There's a glitch in my .exe file that prevents me from patching it.

nothing of FSFPS has been releced yet, and it sound like you may have aquired you're copy of RF throught illigal chanels wich we don't suport

Don't instantly jump that someone has a warez version, just say reinstall it from the CD, if they don't have a CD tough luck

When I installed the file it crashed when loading it from the multiplayer menu, I cleared out the missions folder and I'll try again.

Edit: Got it to work, most of my critique is graphical. Some of the textures look fuzzy, particle effects are nice but maybe less particles and more *oomph* with individual ones, like more expanding so that one particle does more light ground fog, etc.
Some of the lighting is weird since objects are red in the different bases, I'm not sure if you're meaning this as a hint as to what team's base you're in or what.

Where the geomod is used it's nice, and the teamwork gimmick is also well done.

I really like this map. The main outside area is awesome and so is the flag capture area. My one complaint of the map is just a little bug I uncovered when I was jumping around a bit: You can actually jump out of the level a little bit. In the outside area if you jump from a window on to the railing that crosses the area and then to this little ramp thingy, you can walk all the way to the top and essentially exit the level.. you can jump to the next room too and whatnot. A solution would just to put roofs on all of the boxes (solids) for the bases.
