I think the only way it'll be seen in the UK for now is through "questionable ways."

btw Does anyone else know if any channels are still showing B5 in the UK because Sci-Fi was the only one i knew of (and I still haven't seen about a seasons worth of episodes).

There are currently no UK channels airing B5, other than the occasional screening of a TV movie on Channel 4. My recommended way of seeing B5 is either to find a friend who has the episodes or buy them. The reason I suggest buying them is that the shop The Works currently has an offer on:

£3 per two episode video in combination with buy one, get one free (they stock multiple copies of all videos).

This means that in effect you can get an entire series for only £16.50!

A rumor that may interest all:

The entire seasons worth of DVD's has apparently been given a go. Which means that you'll be able to buy all of Babylon 5 on DVD. No idea if this means the rest of the telemovies but it may.

Well I was lurking when I saw someone make the original post, and I tried doing a search for their website and it doesn't appear that they have one (after going through google anyway).

So then I tried a search at yell.co.uk (yellow pages ) and the nearest store to me is in kent. Shame they don't have any in London because it's only 30 mins away by train for me
