the EMP soundeffect was SO cool in battle of the line my mouth fell open and the railgun on the olympus seemed cool but i didnt get a good look at it too buysy blowing up stuff nice updating

That stuff was there before the patch

We did fix up the Olympus quite a bit. CptWhite's second round of texturing was fantastic.

Uhm...that might....be.....not fully correct.....I think...I have increased the static volume in the patch....one of the many things I forgot in release 1

If the rest of sierra's ships were gonna look anywhere neart as [sarcasm]totally awesome[/sarcasm] as their Nial, it's probably a good thing they canned it.

I just wish they'd give the rights to a developer who'd actually DO something with it.

Heyy..... There's a really awesome idea..... Petition sierra that if they aren't gonna do JACK with it, they should sell the rights to volition! Then hire on the TBP team to help with the game.

i had that idea as well but me personal i can't see it happening dosen't mean that it won't, i just want V to make another space combat game i wasn't that impressed with summoner, RD was ok but the geo-mod gould have been put to better use and the AI was pretty poor compared to HL but it still was a laugh to play just needed a few improvements.

Some of the ideas included were cool (such as the free travel) and if you look at the larger ships' models they were quite good (and looked high poly). The fighters such as the Starfury, Thunderbolt and Frazi looked good, the Nial was poor though.

There is no chance of Sierra releasing 'Into the Fire' as they have sold the rights to produce a B5 game to another company. Sierra still have the engine and the game and were going to sell but will not now, no matter what other companies offer.
