Strangely enough, I do not have the original freespace 2 ship and weapon .tbl files. Truly unfortunate, because I need them for a babylon 5 crossover campaign. If anyone could link these files, or knows where to get them, I would appreciate it greatly.

They should be in the root.vp file of your FreeSpace2 directory. If not then I'd wipe out the FreeSpace 2 folder completely (uninstall first, then delete it - but not before backing up your pilots if you so desire) and do a fresh install.

Default FS2 tables are in included root_fs2.vp file.
You'll need Descent Manager FS1/2 Kit:
http://www.descent-network.com/cgi-bin/descmankit.cgi?kit=fskit

Use it to extract files from .vp files, such as weapons.tbl and ships.tbl from root_fs2.vp

Edit: Just scroll down a bit and download whole package, downloading seperate programs one by one can be little frustrating.
