I got a message in my inbox this morning from the EB newsletter thing. They talk about a deal where if you pre-order the Red Faction PC version with them, they'll throw in a bonus multiplayer level, Long Way Down. Now, I'm curious as to how they prevent the people that pre-order this from there to not just give it to the other gamers who didn't. Well, who cares? EB is usually a good place to pre-order from. I do have a little gripe, however. I had just checked on their site the other day (I think it might have even been yesterday) to see how much the PC version had cost. It said $39.99 then, but now it says $49.99. Maybe the bonus level costs $10, or maybe all their competition was selling it for $49.99, so they thought they should too.
