IGN.PS2 has kicked up another one of the killer Red Faction stories that Volition and THQ have sent them. This week's character is a computer hacker named Hendrix. His parents had both been loyal workers for Ultor and he even works for Ultor himself, but things started changing. His parents mysteriously died of "The Plague" and after that he would do anything to find out what was going on and to help bring down Ultor, however, he won't do it on his own in fear of getting caught. I feel that he will play a key role in the game along side with Parker, even though he may not assist in combat, he will have control of everything from a remote destination.

As usual, the story has included a new peice of concept art which I am posting now! Here's an excerpt from the actual story:

"Everything I've discovered during my explorations is in my head. Mom once found notes I had written and asked me about them. I convinced her they were for a computer systems class, but it taught me a valuable lesson. Just as I was careful not to leave a trace in the virtual world of Ultor's computer network, so I also couldn't afford to leave physical evidence in my apartment or workplace—no password lists, notes, or records of any kind."
