On the Day of the Dead he turned it down a second time, but for an actual reason... not to mention her being, well, dead. Didn't bother Londo, though.

that's the part that reminded me the most about garibaldi - but they do kinda look similiar

i think it is a testament to JMS's skills when you find real people that remind you of his characters
