Who owns the rights now?

I´m NOT asking for FS3... but I would like to know who currently owns the rights to Freespace? Interplay told me, they wouldn´t have the rights anymore. I thought they would keep them...

odd... I'd think it was interplay, but if you say it isn't...

Fascinating...so they did drop the ownership to FreeSpace.

I guess that means it falls back to Volition.

wow this news really struck me. i am truly hoping that V has the rights now. or maybe we have a very rich Fan of freespace seires that bought the rights to the game.

Who is EricB?

If someone got the rights it would rather be THQ than Volition I think.

This does make one wonder, considering that FS is [v]´s best series. And they know it.

But then again, they have moved to consoles lately, so there's a chance this ain't happening... or worse, we'll get a console FS3
