TBP_open OR that "shine mapping exe ?

HI ! Which of the two EXE:S are prefereable when playing TBP ?
The TBP_open or that recently released "Shine Mapping" exe.
Bobboau should know something about this, Right ?

I already have latest fs2_open, but I dont think it really is the best exe, when playing TBP. Any suggestions ?

the most recent one tends to be the best though not nesisaraly the most stable
