I find an on-line store that was selling Freespace 2. I rejoice.
I order said game. I rejoice.
I just got an e-mail saying that they had a glitch with their website and actually had no Freespace 2 to sell me. I don't rejoice.

Its annoying...Descent: FreeSpace can be had easily but Interplay has never bothered to try and keep some stock of FreeSpace 2. They never believed in the product in the first place...so its not surprising.

Freespace 2 Sci Fi Sim of the Year

I have a few copies of the Sci Fi Sim of the Year edition of Freespace 2 still factory sealed and was going to sell them on eBay but I could easily sell to them to people here who want them, assuming we could overcome the issue of not having an intermediary like eBay there to make sure no one gets ripped off.

Are you saying I should sell it on eBay or he should buy it on eBay?

Would it be better to try to go through an auction house like eBay than to try to sell them here to people that want them?

I just want to make sure I am not violating any board rules or anything like that.

I can easily sell them on eBay but if there are people here who want a retail copy of the product, I would prefer to sell it to fans here than go through eBay.
