The Phoenix Campaign?

Has anyone heard of this campaign? A guy over at another website I visit has a quote from it in his sig.

It involves a Hades called the Phoenix. Since I've never been able to see the ship in game (I never was able to beat Silent Threat), I'd really like to look at that campaign and see it.

If you've heard of it, would you happen to know if its still downloadable?
