Look at the Javascript;

nav_ds40 = new Image();
nav_ds40.src = "images/menu/descent_4_off.gif";
nav_ds41 = new Image();
nav_ds41.src = "images/menu/descent_4_on.gif";

Under the summoner 2 button code.
