Convert your 1.1 install to VPs (program)

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/alliance/TBP-1_1-to-1_1VP.exe?download

your install order should have been akin to
core 1.0
music and animations 1.0 (optional, but recommended - if you don't have one of them installed make sure to deselect it)
high res 1.0

core 1.1
high res 1.1

a quick lessen , its not ok till i say its ok, its ok now

BE SURE TO SPECIFY THE MAIN FOLDER IE /.../FREESPACE 2/

IT THEN ASSUMES THE BABYLON PROJECT FILES ARE IN THE FOLDER "DATA" INSIDE THAT FOLDER (WHERE THEY SHOULD BE)

IT THEN CREATES YOU VP FILES AND PLACES THEM WHERE THE NORMAL VP FILES ARE LOCATED.
