glitch

i seem to have run into a wall...i get thru the level where you take out the four parts of the power generating part then got to the sub bay to get the sub... but when it drops to the water it explodes ...no way back and no way forward...any ideas ?

Step 1: Jump in the water.

Step 2: "Use" the sub.
