New to Summoner I on PC

Hi, I'm Coyote from the old Volition-inc.com boards. It's been awhile seen I was on those boards and it looks like they changed names to volitionwatch.com.

Anyway, I have to tell everyone I just recently discovered Summoner I. I picked it up at the local store and have to say I'm pretty impressed. I really like the whole "chaining" idea and the huge world, and the random encounter maps.

I really wish I would've got this game sooner. Do people still play online? I would like to try it out sometime. Also, I hope a PC version will be made, because I'm not a console gamer. I hope I won't be dissapointed in the ending of Summoner I. I have a lot of side quests to finish yet. Oh I did see the ending of the credits, that crazy video where the characters are sitting around playing D&D. That was way cool!

PC and Mac versions of Summoner 1 are available.....

Summoner 2 is PS2 and GameCube only........

I still play S1 online - just sign up with THQ Multiplay, and join in

I am also still holding out hope that the PC version will be made.

I own all three consoles but the PC is still the superior gaming platform.

Furthermore, Summoner 1 was *FAR* better on the PC than on the PS2.

Yep, can't disagree with that:

Running 1024 x 768 on my Mac, S1 is a treat to look at......

But PC version of S2? That seems unlikely......
