How did you do the radio effect on the voices, and how did you get the vasudans? I assume you used mechanize, and while it wasn't perfect, it was close enough.

Programs, tools/effects, and if possible precise settings woul;d be greatly appreciated for TI.

I think BlackSheep used same method that he used on TBP voice acting (mayby slightly different), there should be tutorial how to do voices in TBP extras. But if you dont have TBP in comp (nor you wont ever have, I doubt thats not a option ), you must ask it from BlackSheep.
