S2 i need help w/ mud monster

i cant beat the mud monster when he comes back the 3rd time. how do you keep him from using the protect which negates the physical attack weakness

Personally what i found to work was


take yago & morbazaoun(sp? big guy with the hammer)

set the weakness to spells.


Blood summon (or whatever summon you have @ level 2).. the summon will keep the mud monster from attacking the
casters.

Make sure both are set to heal & cast. Otherwise, if they are just set to heal they will try to fight.

Just keep fighting.
