what are the locations of the 13 rune stones?

okay i have used 11 of them and i know the 13th is in the labrinth of guardians, but im missing one and i cant find where it is, here are the ones ive found

1. the sepulchre
2. the isle of teomura
3.indubal prision in the throne room of azarman
4. adytum of the unseen part 2
5. the tree of eleah
6. the biblipolis
7. the room next to where you fight the mud guy
8. the tower of khargathalan
9. munari city behind the obelisk door
10. adytum of the unseen behind the fake rune stone
11. the erm place where you free azraman from the ice
12.
13. the labyrinth of the guardians

Where in the blue hell is the rune stone im missing? is the 13th summon woth all the effort, what is it?
