Hopris Ruins?

Now I appologize if this appears to be a stupid question, but I have no idea where these ruins are, I have been through the tree of Elah level, and the Battle at Midian's Pass, done the Monkey thing, etc. Now perhaps I've missed it or maybe I haven't paid attention. Whatever the case, I would appreciate some help. Thanks!

When u are on the map go to munari city and there should be an arrow to the left of it, press left and it should highlight the ruins. You can take the boat more than once so once u beat the first part after a boat ride go back to the boat and ride it again. Use the eye summon on the ghosts it kicks their aces. Do you know what the Perpetua code thing is for Mas Zalurs machine?

Man, I was wondering what those little arrows meant, and when I tried using the directional pad, I kept going to one of the main sites. Thanks, as far as your question goes, I don't know, I haven't gotten their yet. But I will post an answer if I find one.
