No Weapons

Hi All

First off I would like to say WOOOOOOOOOW to the mod! Excellent! Fantsatic visuals, great sound ... just brill!

Secondly, I have a problem.... I have just loaded the mod including hi-res, sound and the 1.1 patches. The mod plays fine except I have no weapons!!! (my ship explodes after a few rammings, making a short game :/ )

Have I missed something? I've read the help files and searched the forum but found no references to this problem yet. I even tried Shift-R for Weapons Reload but no resources are available.

Anyone got any ideas? I'd really like to be able to shoot something ))))))))

OK I'll ask the most obvious question first. Have you created
a new Pilot? If not try that. Also check that the weapons
table has copied over to the Freespace\Data\Tables folder.

Just tried that.... now the mod crashes after training mission 3. A window pops up asking if I want to debug?!?!?

are any training missions. You have selected the earth-minbari

No there isn't any training mission. So to conclude you're trying to play FS2 main campaign, doesn't work. You need to select EA-Minbari campaign from campaign option. This should fix it.

It's a common mistake to forget to change your campaign.
Default is of course FS2 main campaign, which you need to change to Minbari War demo campaign.

Then it should work no problemo.

(Dang, it's a shame to admit but even I am forgetting to change campaign sometimes...)
