New Map : Ionic Arena [Blue]

A pal at work [3DRipper] finally broke down and asked me to school him in the RF mapping arts before I moved on to UT2003... This is the 1st result. Here's the break down:

- Initial map design, layout and textures by 3DRipper
- Skybox, gameplay and minor graphic tweaks by w.r.e.c.k.s.
- Gameplay inspired by designer Brian 'Hislave' Gillespie's dm_air_Wars
