Ever notice how cigarette butts are EVERYWHERE? I'm no tree hugger, but damn, chucking a butt out onto the street/sidewalk should be the same thing as littering!

people are just too lazy.. i used to be a smoker.. (12 weeks now with out one) and yeah.. when ppl are not lazy.. there is rarly a bhin around to put it into.. or thats what i found..
