i have just got a brand new gamers collection freesspace 2 .and ever time i try to install i get a (Component Move Data Error .Disc 1 a . Flie group Basic install files . File Sparkey_fs2.vp . Error number 106.) i had no trouble playing the demo . i have a E-ide cdrom 36x AKW . i tryed to update the driver but it keeps saying it has the best driver installed . anyone know what i should be doing from here to load the game .im running win ME

You can try to install the game elsewhere, on another computer (one of your friends, or else) and see what hapeens. If it doesn't work either, simply return the game and get another copy.

If it does work, then your CD drive may have a problem. Maybe it is simply dirty and you can clean it, or it is damaged and well, you'll have to replace it. It is not advised to play a CD in a damaged drive, since it can damage the CD as well.

took the disc back and got a new one ,installed no probs .there was a small flaw on the disc .
