Thought for the day:

(Disclaimer: all you ladies out there might not be able to connect with this.)

How come when you enter a men's bathroom, it's eerily quiet (even when there are tons of guys in there)? Nobody talks or makes eye contact, even if you know them well, until you're out of the bathroom. And why is it when there is already a guy peeing in a stall, that you instinctively go for the furthest stall away to pee!?

Dave Barry said it all in his Bathroom Etiquette story.

Basically if there are five stalls....

...and man A goes to stall 1, then atomatically man 2 is going to go to stall 5. Man three is going to go to stall 3....and man four (I forget what Dave said) will probably wait.

There are two bathrooms on either side of my part of the building ... each bathroom has two (stand-up - one kiddie, one adult) stalls and two (sit-down) stalls ...

What I see happening most often is that if the adult stall is being used, the next guy in will either use the toilet, or walk to the other side of the building. I've caught myself doing that before too ... man's that's f'ed hahahaha
