that box isnt present at the post new thread screen. I enabled vb code quick links and it is still not there.

these are the only options:
---Automatically parse URLs: automatically adds and around internet addresses.
---Email Notification: emails sent to you whenever someone replies. Only registered users are eligible.
---Disable Smilies in This Post
---Show Signature: include your profile signature. Only registered users may have signatures

im not sure, but i think you have to be a moderator or admin. what poll do you want created?
