Hehe...note that I am not a full BWO member, I will just do the voice production....IceFire once gave a note a few weeks ago:

"I'm going to make a stab at saying that BlackWater Operations may be finished or nearly so by the end of summer. I certainly hope that its no later."

...but to be honest...I don't think so, if it should come with voices. The voice scripts are written down once the missions are done and then it takes months to get them (with briefings). A compromise is to focus on in-flight messages only...the german localisation of FreeSpace 2 has only Command Briefing and In-Flight voices...
