Cptwhite + PSP7

Recently I've realsied how little I know about PSP7's features and abilities. So I've started to do some tutorials that will hopefully help me improve my ability...

I'm not too keen on the cog/bottle cap shaped chrome thing in the middle - I'm not sure what it is, nor how the three elements are meant to be interacting.. it also looks like it might be badly cut out - but the outer ring looks great.
