Silent Infiltration (SP MOD) Details

Our MOD (code named Silent Infiltration, just because i couldn't think of anything else) was up until recently a Multi Player MOD. With the introduction of two new mappers (Thrillzill@ and Helios) we decided to try a Single Player MOD (by the way guys, thanks for all the ideas and enthusiasm). We have even more recently picked up another two mappers (MARIN3 and Private Ryan [lead mapper from NC]). We have worked out a theme for the MOD but we still need a story-line. If anyone wants to have a go at making a story-line, then we would be greatly appreciative.

We have decided on a space / sci-fi theme. The main ideas that we have had so far are that you start each level on your spaceship and gear-up for the mission. After each mission you get new weapons and things. We also have been thinking of having little bonus levels where you have seperate missions (which i think could help build the story-line). One such bonus level could include shooting enemy ships from the sky using the turrets on our ship.

In the span of the game you will travel through each planet in our solar system and fight monsters and aliens. Each level will have the correct gravity and other such properties.

We have changed a few of the weapons and are going to change alot more. We are currently in the process of modelling new weapons and seeing what they look like.

We are really enjoying Silent Infiltration and intend to make a really good MOD. Feel freee to post any replies about anything. Any ideas that anyone wants to give would be appreciated and can be posted here. If anyone wants to join then you can email me at c_is_4_crusty@hotmail.com.
