Newbie With A Question

Hi,

Besides the help file, is there any other reliable sources to learn about FRED2? I don't understand anything about it but want to learn.

I've tried to create something using FRED2 but end up not even being able to add more ships. I feel like a monkey operating a calculator. The program makes me feel like my parents when it comes to MS Word.

well you add ships by choosing them from a menu then holding ctrl and pressing left mouse and there is a compleete walkthrough with fred

http://freespace.volitionwatch.com - Click on the FRED help for either FS1 or FS2. I think there's more stuff on FS1, but a lot of it is still applicable to FS2.
