Patch problems with Freespace 1

I am having trouble patching my Freespace 1. I have downloaded the "fs10x-106us1" file from 3ddownloads.com. But it will not work with my UK version of Freespace 1.

I downloaded the UK patch 6 months ago, but I do not have that file anymore. My harddisk have burned out so everything I had is lost

So if anyone could give me a hand with this file for Freespace 1 I could game Freespace: The Great War again

New I will be able to game Freespace 1 again. And heard it all in EAX which is supportet by my Creative Soundcard
