Avioki model & textures by Nadab Göksu, Converted to 3DStudio MAX3 by William Johansson. Rest is by me.

not particularly great but I reckon someone'll like it.

Xaphod_x what program are you using to make that? There appears to be a blur added to the ships, If you take it off it should be much better.

the problem with the blur is that while things in the distance are blured the stars aren't so it imdiately lookk wrong somehow but apply the blur to the background and it will look great

Use a bit of guassian blur in Photoshop...maybe motion blur....but probably not.

I use that program too. You might want to take off the lens effect add some partiacls and add more detail to the combustion.
