Shadow Vessels

Do shadow ships have a crew? i don't mean the humans that join with it i mean the actual shadows themselves?

Usually they have only the CPU (pilot), but they can carry people and smaller ships. Obviously a shadow ship can modify it's interiors to form corridors, halls, tables, chairs and so on.

Shadows dont get into their own ships. Not even capital ships. For them their ships are like remote control toys... that can get destroyed, so you dont risk getting in them

and the shadow fighters, unlike some websites say, are controlled from the battlecrab, they each dont have human CPUs.

then how did the shadows go beyond the rim, if they didn't get into their ships?

They must get in some of their ships (i.e. transports) but Shadows do not get in their warships.

Incorrect. Shadows will use their ships when needed, of course they don't get directly on fights, but stays on relatively safe space. What they even should fear for? Battlecrab is one of the most powerful ships out there.

Ah, and now you may wonder where I get this information, well I read B5 books...

Shadow don't want to risk their own life, wise. Well at least they use Death Cloud after all it is (almost) invulnerable.

Definitely, especially as both Shadows and Vorlons have a birth-rate of (virtually?) zero. This means that it is in both of their best interests to preserve as many members of their races as they can. This I presume would be the primary reason why the Shadows were so pissed off when Sheridan nuked one of their largest cities (and not because they would need time to rebuild it).

True. But the point is that the Shadows will use their ships when needed, they're avoiding direct battles though.

And... Sheridan was not alone... (No, I won't tell more, otherwise you may kill me for spoiling)
