Are you guys going to have a new arsenal in BWO?? For both fighters and caps I mean... after all its been 9 years, so I'm sure that the GTVA has designed new weapons...

If you aren't going to have new weaponry because you have no weapons designer, I would be more than glad to help (and no, I wouldn't need to be part of the staff, nor know the plot, and all that... just giving an hand ).

A high powered weapon comes with a price tag, and it may not be in monetary funds.

Big weapon, Big responsibility.

So this means that the majority of people wouln't be allowed to touch this weapon then.

At least that means that there wont be any 5 year olds using it and saying "Universe go boom!".
