If you want the Red Faction v1.20 patch, well, you're in luck. Red Faction Watch's mirror of the file is up.

Apparently the German version will be out soon; we'll mirror that when it's up.

Anyway, here's a quick look at what the patch will get you: Improved anti-cheating measures. Let's say that again. Anti-cheating. It removes a bug in the mod code which lets people run mods (e.g. cheats in this case) without being detected.

If you run a server that's using 1.20, post comments on how it works, and let's get some feedback going...
