2 alien ships...

These two ships were originally planned for ITF, as we know, so I was wondering if these 2 will make it in the MOD:

Hurr Gunship

Hyach Gunship

I don't know.. while they look okay.. they don't seem B5 enough to me.. like many of the non-canon sierra designs.

I've always felt that AoG have made the best ships for retaining a B5 feel. That doesn't mean that they all work (e.g. The Var'Nic).

I always liked the Varnik. Better for campaigns though. Gotta love that range!

did AOG make Hyach and Hurr ships then?

They have Hurr ships but they're versions are quite different.

is it just me... or does the hurr gunship look like a Madusa with 2 B5 cargo pods atached to each side...

they're not very good, most good fan created stuff is better than these.

AoG have a new product containing details on both the Hyach and the Hurr, with new ships being produced for each.

my opinion on lots of the Sierra game's work... any models designed for the Sierra game are rather badly designed.

If anyone gets a chance to look at the web site for it.. then take a look at the Minbari fighters and flyer.. they're shocking - they have about 40 polygons apiece.

More polys doesn't mean something's worse.. it means its more detailed. Less polys moves faster, so we use LODs.
