Help needed.

Hi there,

I am trying to make some missions for the mod, but I need first help.
Because I have never moded something or used Fred2.

I have tried to edit the weapon - table and first I have got what I want, but next day it doesnt work anymore. How can I edit the weapon table?

I want a "prototype - beam" of the Omega Laser. Or the cool railgun effect for something like a "Gauss-canon". (Found the railgun somewhere in the effects directory of the mod)

It would be nice if someone could tell me how I can do that thinks.
No one out there who can help? I can't belive it!!! Or didn't you want to help a new one?!

First of all, lieber Gevatter, take a look into Freespace2\data\freddocs\walkthrough.html....this thing will teach you how to use FRED.
