I just saw this quick note at the official Volition site:

Joe Rybicki has reviewed Summoner for the Official Playstation Magazine's December 2000 issue, giving it a 3 out of 5!

That's about it. Pick up a copy of the magazine so you can actually read the review, because it's not on the web (at least that I know about.. the article that is).
