The good people over at R I V A Station have tested the 6 big cards on the market (Geforce3 64Mb, Geforce2 Ultra 64, Geforce2 Pro 64, Geforce2 GTS 32, Kyro II 64 and ATI Radeon 64 DDR) in the multiplayer version of Red Faction. Their test system was a P4 1.5 GHz with 256 MB Ram under Win98SE. Not surprisingly, the Geforce 3 ran away with the framerates at the higher resolutions, but surprisingly the ATI Radeon consistently scored lowest on the benchmarks. What does this mean? I have no idea , but you can go on over and check out the whole test!
