Jump point disruptor

It would be cool to see a jump point disruptor to destroy a jump point. Like on "matters of honor" when the shadows fire at the jump point and it destroys thr ships. But it may be to hard to do that. Oh well its just an idea.

Could you guys also make Babylon 5 a giant transformer, that turns into a big robot that eats moons and craps nebulas?

Alright...we'll just make that giant robot the next time someone fires up the 3d model making program! yes!

No, we can't make a jump point disruptor. If it wasn't seen in FreeSpace 2, we can't do it.

A jump point disruptor could be done by clever mission design and table use.

Say a ship is jumping out, the cannon is fired, it impacts, and at that moment the ship's engine subsystems are disabled.

The ship is then frozen and the node collapses. (self destruct events can then follow)

"I apologize. I’m.. sorry. I'm sorry we had to defend ourselves against an unwarranted attack. I'm sorry that your crew was stupid enough to fire on a station filled with a quarter million civilians, including your own people. And I'm sorry I waited as long as I did before I blew them all straight to hell. .. As with everything else, it's the thought that counts."
