StarFurys

Now I'm sure this question has been asked before, but hey I just got to ask it again! Will the Starfurys be flyable in the game like they are in B5? I.e. I'm attacking a Cruiser, I make a pass at it firing my guns after I pass over it, I fire my reverse left thrusters on my left wing and swing my ship around so it's facing the way I came from. Will we be able to do this?

Unfortunately we won't be able to do this. Unless we can get a hold of the source code and then maybe we'll be able to modify that. The way the engine was programmed won't allow the spinning to be done

In other words, if you can't perform a manuever in Freespace 2, you probably can't do it in our mod.

This is a hickup. At first you may be disappointed , but when you got used to flying around you won't bother any more.

So , ignore this , you will have fun though.

Yeah, its still damn cool just to fly the StarFury.

My current stats do have it doing a bit of sliding when you jerk around a bit with the controls so it might be semi-nice. I'm sorry that we can't do more at this time.
