Will you be able to fly shadow vessels? If a shadow vessel flys by you will it make that shadow mind scream?

Shadow and Vorlon ships aren't planned on being player flyable ships. It would be sort of strange.

Yes, Shadow vessels will scream. Quite nicely I might add.
